Abstrak

Partus lama merupakan salah satu faktor risiko yang dapat menyebabkan atonia uteri pada ibu bersalin. Atonia uteri adalah kondisi di mana otot rahim tidak berkontraksi dengan baik setelah persalinan, sehingga dapat menyebabkan perdarahan yang berlebihan.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara partus lama dengan kejadian atonia uteri pada ibu bersalin di BPM Ny"S" Desa Prambon, Nganjuk.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu bersalin di BPM Ny"S" Desa Prambon, Nganjuk pada periode Januari-Desember 2022, yang berjumlah 120 orang.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara partus lama dengan kejadian atonia uteri (p-value = 0,001). Ibu bersalin dengan partus lama memiliki risiko 3,8 kali lebih tinggi untuk mengalami atonia uteri dibandingkan dengan ibu bersalin dengan partus normal.

Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya pencegahan dan penanganan yang tepat terhadap partus lama untuk mengurangi kejadian atonia uteri pada ibu bersalin.
